Evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychology are supported by research showing that noticeable change can begin within a relatively small number of sessions for some difficulties, when the work is well-formulated and tailored to the individual.
However, the number of sessions always varies depending on the person, their goals, and the complexity of the work. This can be discussed after the initial consultation session.
