My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping couples rebuild understanding and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. She also has experience supporting couples where one or both partners have neurodivergent diagnoses or traits, including ADHD, helping them better understand differences in communication, emotional regulation, and relational needs.
Alongside my couples work, I support individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, ADHD, and major life transitions. I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, regain emotional balance, and develop practical tools that support resilience, confidence, and direction.
I first qualified as a Life Coach in 2005, I bring nearly 20 years of experience, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
